Communications and Referral Services

Introduction

The Communications & Referral Office, provides confidential, high-quality, comprehensive referral services to those who contact the NCCT. We help connect people to the community organizations, government agencies and other resources that may require our services.

How we help

We do this by providing the necessary services that will address the individual's personal, educational and or business needs. The C & R Officer also disseminates information related to the various areas of concern to people seeking assistance, whether they are community members, service providers, such as, social constituency workers, health care professionals, business people, government officials, student and professors alike. We try to accomondate all requests and do so in a professional and timely manner.

This process involves assessing the needs of clients and referring them to the appropriate agency or agencies, for provision of required services such as: Housing/Shelter Clothing/Food Banks Education Social Services Treatment/Detox Transportation & Counseling. However, there maybe services that you may not find listed above, please feel free to call or drop by for further assistance. We are here to help and will do everything possible to ensure the best possible answers to your inquires.

Communications

Our expertise comes from networking with over 40 Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal agencies and services alike. Through networking and outreach delegations we continue to build solid relationships by communicating and sharing services alike.
