Job Title: Executive Assistant
Reports to: Executive Director
Description: Acts as a liaison between the Executive Director and all other areas within the centre and community.
Responsibilities:
 Perform general administrative duties to the Executive Director.
 Compile and compose correspondence, internal memos, statistical reports, operation budget projection.
 Acts as a liaison and support person to the members of the Board of Directors.
 Participation in staff development, in-service training, promotes a positive image of the agency.
 Assist other administrative staff when required.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
 Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal history, culture and traditional values.
 Ability to manage time effectively as per priority and time sensitive reporting.
 Proven ability to manage and organize several priorities simultaneously.
 Previous office administration of minimum of 5 years experience at the Executive level.
 Post secondary education in Business Administration considered an asset.
 Current CPIC required
